We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The front desk staff, both day and night, were excellent - they made us feel right at home, even opening the bar for us after we returned late from a music festival. The room was incredibly comfortable, with windows that opened to let in the fresh air. The staff were always available to help, whether it was getting extra pillows or giving us recommendations for restaurants. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short drive away from both Pisa and Florence.
This hotel is highly recommended.
